RETURNS

Full Price purchases can be returned for exchange within 10 days of delivery date. Please choose carefully as we do not refund on incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. A return request must be sent to us via our CONTACT page within 10 days of receipt of goods and a return authorisation number (RA) will be issued.

Merchandise must be received in unworn condition with all original tags attached and all original packaging.

We do not accept exchanges on sale items. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earings, underwear or swimwear.

All returned goods must be sent with a traceable shipping method using a reputable shipping carrier. All returned items are sent at the buyer’s expense with exception only in the instance the item received was not what was ordered.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost return packages. Returns that are damaged or not in unworn condition may be sent back to you at your cost. All items returned should have a Return Authorisation (RA) number included so that they can be easily identified.

Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed and exchanges to be issued.

Exchanges will only be processed once the goods are received in the condition stated above an all conditions are met. Returns received that do not comply with all of the above may be denied at our discretion.

Where we identify that there is a fault with an item, we guarantee to provide a repair, replacement or a refund. This is at the discretion of POUR TOUS by Davidson & Beaumont.

Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear or mistreatment are not considered faulty.You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
